Blair Consular Services Ltd is the U.K’s oldest and largest consular agent, operating from branches in London Heathrow, London Stansted and Manchester, in addition to a number of ‘in-house’ operations.

Established in 1967, we now provide bespoke export documentation solutions for a wide range of national and international clients.

Our service was initially introduced to provide an effective certification and legalisation service for commercial shipping documents for Air Freight agents at London’s Heathrow airport.

Now employing over 50 members of staff and operating a fleet of 15 courier vehicles, the company has now grown into an enterprise of considerable size and reputation providing a number of specialist services to clients worldwide.

Working in partnership with the London Chamber of Commerce, who also provide our Head Office at Heathrow with an in-house certification department, we offer a complete export documentation service for both commercial and legal documents. This includes the completion of E.U & Arab Certificates of Origin for manufacturers and freight forwarders, the processing of Health/Free Sale Certificates for pharmaceutical companies, preparation of corporate legal documentation for blue-chip companies and their agents, and the procurement of visas and passports for the business traveller.

We use our own courier drivers who provide an extensive collection and delivery service to Embassies, Chambers, Banks and clients, and our comprehensive network includes London, the Home Counties, and Manchester. We also have our own dedicated courier company, Inter-Company Despatch, on-site at our Heathrow office which enables us to dispatch documentation and passports to addresses nationwide and overseas with the minimum of delay.
